Yazan received his BASc from the University of Toronto, specializing in Energy Systems Engineering and is currently pursuing a MASc at the University of Toronto. His research focuses on improving the energy performance and indoor air quality of buildings through retrofitting strategies.

This project evaluates the post-occupancy performance of two multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs): one which was newly constructed to the Passive House standard and one which was retrofit to EnerPhit Standard.
