Sanyogita received her undergraduate and graduate education in design from CEPT University, India, before earning a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Her research examines the relationships between buildings, environmental conditions, and human well-being, with particular interests in indoor environmental quality, climate adaptation, and occupant-centred approaches to building performance evaluation.
